grower has limits. When the fire season is bad, or the rain comes late, there is simply less fynbos and we make fewer bottles. We have chosen to live with that instead of buying from a broker who cannot tell us which hillside the plants came from. Customers sometimes wait a few weeks for a restock. Most say they would rather wait, which is not something we expected when we started out, and it has shaped how we plan.
