Will the lingerie I receive match the one in the photos?
Yes. Our photos are taken of the exact styles we stock, and colours may look different on screens. If you are unsure about a shade, send us a WhatsApp and we will show you the item.
If your order arrives different from what was shown, tell us within seven days and we will sort it out.
Where can I find my order receipt?
Your receipt is emailed to you as soon as your order is confirmed. Check your inbox and spam folder first.
If you cannot find it, send your name and order number to info@example.co.za and we will resend it the same day. You can also ask for a printed copy at our Sandton shop.
How do I return an item?
You can return unworn lingerie within 14 days of delivery. Items must have the hygiene seal and all tags still attached, as we cannot resell worn intimates.
Email info@example.co.za with your order number, and we will send you a return slip. Drop the parcel at any courier point or hand it in at 14 Rivonia Road, Sandton. Once we receive it, your refund is paid within five working days. Sleepwear may be exchanged for another size.
Will you restock styles marked as “out of stock?”
Yes, you can return unworn items within 14 days with the tags still on. Hygiene seals must be intact on briefs and thongs. Send us your order number and we will sort it out for you.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within seven working days.
Where can I ship my order?
We deliver anywhere in South Africa, from Sandton to Cape Town and Durban. Orders over R800 ship free, and most parcels arrive in two to five working days.
We also post to Namibia and Botswana. Delivery to those countries takes about a week. Contact us on WhatsApp if you need your order sooner.
