If 14 days have passed since you enrolled, we can’t offer you a full refund or a move to another course.

To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed less than a quarter of the course. Your account must also still be active and in good standing with us.

Some items cannot be refunded. Once a printed workbook has been posted to you or a certificate has been issued, we cannot take it back. We also do not refund live workshop seats within two days of the start date.

Additional non-refundable items:

Gift vouchers

Downloaded workbooks and templates

Free courses, which cost nothing to join

To complete your request, we need your order number or proof of payment.

Please do not ask your lecturer to process a refund. Send it to our support team instead.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

More than a quarter of the lessons have been completed.

A printed workbook has been opened and written in.

The course was bought as part of a bundle with a discount.

The request is made more than 14 days after enrolment.

Refunds

Once your request is received and checked, we will send you an email to confirm. We will also tell you if your refund is approved or declined.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and paid back to your card or the original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your card provider, as it may take some time before the refund shows.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@example.co.za.

Sale items

Only full priced courses may be refunded. Once the request is approved, a voucher will be emailed to you.

If the course wasn’t marked as a gift, or the buyer asked for the receipt to be sent to themselves, we will send the refund to the buyer and they will know about your request.

Returning workbooks

To return a printed workbook, you can post or drop it off at: 14 Dorp Street, Stellenbosch, 7600.

You will be responsible for paying your own postage when returning a workbook.
