Moving online meant learning new habits, and the students told us quickly what worked.\n\nShort videos helped. So did a reply within a day. We aim to respond within one working day, even if the answer is only that we are checking. Our support team in Stellenbosch shares the load so nothing waits over a weekend.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Keep lessons short and clear<\/h4>\n\n<p>Break each topic into small steps with one task at the end.
