If 30 days have passed since you paid for your booking, we cannot offer you a full refund or a transfer to another date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a refund, your booking must be unused. You must not have attended the first session, and you must not have opened the online course materials or started the lessons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Several items are exempt from refunds. Printed training kits that have been written in, certificates that have already been issued, and venue costs we have paid on your behalf cannot be refunded. We also cannot refund catering that was ordered for your group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional non-refundable items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vouchers and gifts that were already redeemed<\/li>\n<li>Downloaded course workbooks and templates<\/li>\n<li>Assessments that were already marked and moderated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete your request, we need your invoice or proof of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please do not pay a second time before we have confirmed your request in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Courses where more than one session has already been attended<\/li>\n<li>Online courses where most of the lessons have been completed.<\/li>\n<li>Any booking cancelled less than five working days before the start date, because the venue and the trainer are already confirmed.<\/li>\n<li>Any request made more than 30 days after payment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your request is received and checked, we will send you an email to say that we have it. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or declined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If it is approved, your refund will be processed and paid back to your original method of payment, normally within seven to ten working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<b>Late or missing refunds<\/b>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then contact your card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund shows on your statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@example.co.za.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<b>Discounted bookings<\/b>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only full priced bookings may be refunded. Discounted group bookings cannot be refunded, but they can be moved to a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Transfers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only move a booking to a new date if the course is cancelled by us or the date clashes with a public holiday. To ask for a move, send us an email at info@example.co.za or bring your booking details to 3 Ballyclare Drive, Bryanston, Johannesburg, 2191.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Gifts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the course was bought as a gift voucher and booked directly for you, you\u2019ll receive a credit for the value of your cancelled place. Once we confirm the cancellation, a new voucher will be emailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the course wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when it was paid for, or the giver booked it in their own name to pass on later, we will send the refund to the giver and they will see your cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Returning materials<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To return printed training materials, deliver them to: 3 Ballyclare Drive, Bryanston, Johannesburg, 2191.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for paying your own courier costs when returning your materials. Courier costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return courier will be deducted from it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on where you live, the time it takes for replacement materials to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable courier service or buying insurance for the parcel.
