Keep a summary page or flashcards in your school bag and use those gaps for quick revision. Do the heavy thinking, like algebra or essays, when you have more energy.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Know when to say no<\/h4>\n\n<p>During exam weeks, it is fine to skip an extra match or social event. Talk to your coach and your parents early.
