Details you give us when you register

When you register with Ekasi Learn Hub, you give us personal information such as your name, your cellphone number and a password. You can also choose to add your school or workplace. Even if you do not register, you may send us details, like an email address when you ask a question or join our newsletter for updates about new courses.
We also collect the content you create, upload or receive from others when using our services. This includes assignments you submit, photos of written work, quiz answers, messages you send to your tutor, and comments you post in our learner groups on WhatsApp.

Information we collect while you learn with us

We collect information about the phones, browsers and devices you use to open our courses, which helps us load lessons faster and use less mobile data when your signal or battery runs low.
The information we collect includes browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating system, mobile network name, phone number and app version. We also record how your devices interact with our services, including IP address, error reports, course activity, and the date, time and page address of each request. We use this only to run the platform and improve your lessons.

This Privacy Policy applies to everything Ekasi Learn Hub offers, including our website, our online courses and our WhatsApp support line. It does not apply to other websites or services that have their own privacy policies, even if we link to them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under it without your clear consent. We always show the date of the latest changes, and you can ask us for older versions. If the changes are big, we will tell you more clearly, including by email or WhatsApp message to our learners.
