If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or a course transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed less than 20% of the course content. You must also have the proof of payment that we sent you when you enrolled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some things cannot be refunded. Free courses have no fee to return. Live class seats that you already attended, printed workbooks posted to you, and exam or certificate fees are also not refundable under this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional non-refundable items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gift vouchers<\/li>\n<li>Downloaded course files and workbooks<\/li>\n<li>Some exam and certificate fees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete your refund request, we need your proof of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please do not send anything to the course instructor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Course with many lessons already completed<\/li>\n<li>Printed workbook that has been opened, written in, or damaged after delivery for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n<li>Any live class booking cancelled less than 48 hours before the first session, for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n<li>Any request made more than 30 days after purchase<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your request is received and checked, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the money will automatically be paid back to your card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<b>Late or missing refunds<\/b>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then contact your card provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@example.co.za.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<b>Sale items<\/b>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only regular priced courses may be refunded. Courses bought on sale cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only transfer you to another course if the first one has a fault or was bought by mistake. If you need to switch courses, send us an email at info@example.co.za or visit us at: 31 Jorissen Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg, 2001.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Gifts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the course was bought as a gift and sent directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a course credit for the value of your refund. Once the request is approved, a credit voucher will be emailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the course wasn\u2019t bought as a gift, or the giver booked it for themselves to pass on to you later, we will send the refund to the giver and they will find out about your request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Workbook returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To return a printed workbook, you should post it to: 31 Jorissen Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg, 2001.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs for returning the workbook. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement workbook to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are returning an expensive item, you may consider using a trackable courier service or buying postage insurance.
