A folding timber side chair for meeting rooms, training days and small home offices. It folds flat in seconds and slides into a cupboard or behind a door. The timber frame is sanded smooth and sealed, so it wipes clean easily. Priced at R899, it is a practical extra seat when guests or clients arrive.

Every Werkplek chair is checked in our Kempton Park workshop before it leaves. We look at the joints, the finish and the fold action, so you do not get a wobbly surprise at the office. Replacement feet and fixings are kept in stock if anything ever needs changing.

Orders in Gauteng are usually delivered within three working days. Bulk orders for training rooms and boardrooms can be quoted by phone on 011 555 0157. Pop into the showroom at 30 Pretoria Road to try one first.

This visitor chair is built for the busy front end of an office. The frame is solid timber, joined and glued the old way, so it stays tight through years of daily use. The seat is shaped to carry a person comfortably through a long meeting or a slow wait at reception. It is light enough to move around a room, and stacks away neatly when the space is needed for something else. The legs carry rubber feet that protect tiled and timber floors. We finish each chair in a hard wearing lacquer that wipes clean with a damp cloth. Many of our customers in Kempton Park and around Ekurhuleni choose it for boardrooms, clinics and waiting areas that see a lot of traffic.

Choose the finish that suits your office. We stock natural oak, walnut stain and a black matt option, all on the same sturdy frame. Colours can differ slightly from the photos, because timber is a natural material and every board has its own grain. If you are furnishing a whole floor, ask us for a sample first. We keep samples at our Pretoria Road showroom.

Every chair in this range is checked by hand before it leaves our warehouse in Kempton Park. We look at the joints, the finish and the feet, and we sit on a sample from each batch. The seat height suits most standard desks and meeting tables. The back is slightly curved, which supports the lower spine without forcing a posture. Cleaning is simple. Wipe with a soft cloth and a little mild soapy water, and dry it afterwards. Avoid harsh spray cleaners, which can dull the lacquer over time.

Delivery is available across Gauteng, and we can arrange courier shipping to the rest of the country. Orders placed before noon usually leave the same week. If a chair arrives damaged, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will replace it. We also offer a two year guarantee against frame defects. Bulk orders for offices, schools and training centres get a better price, so ask for a quote. Our team can also help you work out how many chairs a room will seat comfortably.
