When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are packed the same day. Most parcels reach Gauteng addresses within one to two working days, and other provinces take two to four. Large items such as baths and ladders may need an extra day.
When will my order arrive?
We pack from our Midrand warehouse and send by courier. You will get an SMS and an email once your parcel leaves us, with the delivery date and a contact name.

Delivery time
Standard orders arrive in one to three working days in Gauteng and three to five in the rest of the country. If your parcel is late, WhatsApp us on 082 555 0140 and we will chase the courier for you the same day.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking link by SMS and email once it is collected by the courier. Open the link to see where your parcel is. If it shows no movement for two days, call us on 011 555 0140.
