Our commission is a percentage of the final selling price, plus VAT, and is only paid once transfer is registered at the Deeds Office. We agree the rate with you in writing before your home is listed.

There are no upfront fees for photographs or show days. If your home does not sell, you pay no commission.

A well-priced home in the Southern Suburbs often receives an offer within six to ten weeks. After that, transfer usually takes another two to three months, depending on bond approval, compliance certificates and rates clearance from the City of Cape Town.

We update you after every viewing and at each step of the transfer: bond approval, transfer duty, lodgement and registration. If something causes a delay, we tell you why and what we are doing.

Yes. We find and screen tenants, draw up the lease, do ingoing and outgoing inspections, collect rent every month and arrange repairs with trusted contractors.

You receive a monthly statement, and the tenant deposit is held in an interest-bearing account as the Rental Housing Act requires.

Our office is in Claremont, and most of our work is in the Southern Suburbs, including Rondebosch, Newlands, Kenilworth and Constantia. We also sell and let apartments on the Atlantic Seaboard, from Green Point and Sea Point to Camps Bay.

If your property is outside these areas, call 021 555 0164 and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
