We visit your home, note its size, condition and finishes, and compare it with recent sales in your suburb. We also look at similar homes currently on the market.

You then receive a written valuation with a suggested asking price and the recent sales we used to reach it.

Our commission is a percentage of the final selling price, plus VAT, and is only paid once transfer is registered at the Deeds Office. We agree the rate with you in writing before your home is listed.

There are no upfront fees for photographs or show days. If your home does not sell, you pay no commission.

A well-priced home in the Southern Suburbs often receives an offer within six to ten weeks. After that, transfer usually takes another two to three months, depending on bond approval, compliance certificates and rates clearance from the City of Cape Town.

We update you after every viewing and at each step of the transfer: bond approval, transfer duty, lodgement and registration. If something causes a delay, we tell you why and what we are doing.

Yes. We find and screen tenants, draw up the lease, do ingoing and outgoing inspections, collect rent every month and arrange repairs with trusted contractors.

You receive a monthly statement, and the tenant deposit is held in an interest-bearing account as the Rental Housing Act requires.
