Yes. Every photo on this page shows the Knoppie we actually ship, in the colours we list. Colours can look slightly different on some phone screens, but the speaker itself is identical.
If yours arrives looking different from the listing, send us a photo on WhatsApp at 082 555 0155 and we will sort it out.
Your tax invoice is emailed to you as soon as your order is paid. Check your inbox and your spam folder first.
If you cannot find it, email info@example.co.za with your order number and we will resend it the same day. You can also download it from the My account page under Orders.
You can return any Knoppie within 14 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original box. Email info@example.co.za or WhatsApp 082 555 0155 with your order number.
We will arrange a courier collection and send you a return slip. Once the item arrives and we have checked it, your refund goes back to your card within five working days. Faulty items are covered by our one year warranty, and we cover the courier cost.
Yes. We reorder our best sellers every few weeks, and most colours are back within three to four weeks. Use the notify me button on the product page and we will email you the day it lands.
Limited colours may take longer, so message us if you need a date.
We deliver anywhere in South Africa by courier. Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday usually leave the same day and arrive within two to four working days.
Delivery to Namibia and Botswana is also available, and takes about a week. Add your address at checkout to see the exact cost. Orders over R1,000 ship free within South Africa.
