Yes. The photos on our site show the actual toy you will get, including its colour and finish. If a toy comes in more than one design, we say so on the product page.
If anything looks different when it arrives, just let us know and we will sort it out.
We email your receipt to the address you give us as soon as your order is paid, so check your inbox and your spam folder if you cannot find it.
You can also ask us to send it again at any time by writing to info@example.co.za with your order number.
If a toy is not right for your child, let us know within 14 days of delivery. Send it back in its original packaging, unused and with all the pieces included.
Email info@example.co.za with your order number and we will tell you where to send it and arrange your refund.
Most of our toys do come back in stock, especially the popular wooden toys and dolls, though this depends on what our suppliers have on hand.

We deliver anywhere in South Africa, from the big cities to small towns, through our courier partners.
