We email your receipt as soon as your order is paid, so check your inbox and spam folder after checkout. If you can't find it, email us at info@example.co.za with your order number and we will send it again.

For in-store purchases, we can print a copy of your receipt at the till any time, just bring your card or let us know the date of purchase.

You can return any unused item within 14 days, as long as it is still in its original packaging with tags attached. Bring it back to the shop with your receipt and we will sort out a refund or exchange.

Bikes that have already been ridden or fitted with pedals cannot be returned, but we are always happy to help adjust the fit instead.

Most items do come back into stock, especially popular sizes and colours. Check the product page and click notify me, and we will email you the moment it is available again.

If you need something urgently, give us a call and we can check other options.

We deliver anywhere in South Africa through our courier partners, and you can also collect your order from the shop at no charge. Delivery times depend on your area, usually two to five working days.

Large items like bikes are boxed carefully and insured in transit, so you can track the parcel and know exactly when it will arrive.
