WHY A GOOSENECK KETTLE
The thin spout lets you control the pour speed, so water lands where you want it instead of flooding the grounds. Stainless steel body, 1 litre capacity, fixed handle that stays cool to hold.
Works on gas, induction and open flame. Fill it, let it come to temperature, then pour slow and steady.
HOW TO USE IT
Heat your water to just off the boil, about 94 degrees. Pour in slow circles starting from the middle, pause, then pour again. The gooseneck spout is what makes this control possible, giving you an even soak across all the grounds.
