Grown on the hills around Lake Kivu, these beans carry a bright, red berry sweetness with a clean finish. We roast them a touch lighter to keep that fruit coming through.
Best brewed as a pour over or in a plunger, where the sweetness really stands out.
Each bag carries the farm and harvest details on the label. Buy whole bean and grind just before you brew, or tell us your brewer and we grind it fresh for you.
