Yes. The preview images show the actual design, but fonts and templates open in your own software, so the look depends on your setup. Mockups include the layered files shown in the preview.
If something does not match the description, email us within 7 days and we will sort it out.
Your receipt is emailed to you straight after payment. You can also log in to your account, open Orders and download the invoice for any purchase.
Cannot find it? Check your spam folder first, then email info@example.co.za with your order number and we will resend it to you the same working day.
Your files are ready as soon as your payment clears. We email a download link straight away, and you can also find every purchase in your account under Downloads.
If the email does not arrive within ten minutes, check your spam folder first. Links stay active for 30 days and you may download each file up to five times. Need a fresh link? Message us on WhatsApp at 082 555 0137 or write to info@example.co.za and we will send a new link.
Digital files do not run out, so “unavailable” normally means a designer is updating the product or has taken it offline for a while.
Most items return within a few weeks. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you when a favourite is coming back.
There is nothing to ship. Every product is a digital download, so it reaches you by email wherever you are in South Africa or abroad.
