Smooth Phone Video Made Easy
The DJI Osmo Mobile 6 is a three-axis gimbal that holds your phone steady while you walk, run or move around. It uses small motors to cancel out shakes and bumps, so your videos look smooth instead of jumpy. The phone attaches with a magnetic clamp that clicks on and off quickly. A built-in extension rod helps with higher angles and group selfies. With the DJI Mimo app you get tracking that follows a face or subject, plus handy shooting modes like timelapse and panorama. It folds down small for travel.
Folding Build
The Osmo Mobile 6 folds into a compact shape that fits in a small bag, and the magnetic clamp makes setup fast. A side wheel gives you fine control over zoom and focus while you film.
Tools for Better Phone Clips
Use the DJI Mimo app to follow a moving subject, shoot timelapses or edit clips. The gimbal handles shake so you can focus on the story.
Modern phone cameras are excellent, but handheld video still shakes when you walk. The Osmo Mobile 6 fixes that. It keeps the phone level and smooth, great for vlogs, TikTok clips and family holidays. Face and subject tracking lets you film yourself without someone behind the camera. The built-in battery lasts for a good few hours of filming and charges by USB-C, so you can top it up from a power bank during load-shedding or on a road trip. Joltbox sells it new and sealed with full SA warranty, and you can pay by card, EFT or instalments.
Features in the DJI Mimo app, such as tracking modes and editing tools, can change with app updates and phone model. Check the specification tab on this page before ordering, or send us an email at info@example.co.za with any questions about compatibility.
Battery life depends on your phone weight, the modes you use and the temperature, so it will vary from day to day.
The phone is sold separately. Ask us about power banks and fast chargers for long shoots.
