When unplugging, pull the connector, not the cable itself. Coil it loosely rather than wrapping it tightly around your charger, because sharp bends over time are the most common reason a cable stops working.
Some older phones and devices still use micro USB or Lightning ports, which need a different cable or an adapter. Check the port on your device before you order. If you are not sure, send us a photo of the port on WhatsApp.
