We are open Monday to Friday from half past eight until five, and on Saturday mornings until one. Eye tests are by appointment so that nobody sits waiting on the bench.
Parking is easiest on Hout Street, and the shop door is at street level with no steps.
Repairs are welcome whether the frame came from us or not. Bring it in and we will tell you what it needs, what it costs and how long the bench work takes.
Returns are open for thirty days on unworn frames in their case. Prescription lenses we remake rather than refund, because a script that reads wrong is our mistake to fix.
The workshop is at 19 Loop Street in Cape Town, and the door is open on weekdays from half past eight until five. Saturday mornings we work until one.
Pop in for a fitting, a free adjustment, or to watch acetate being filed at the bench. If you would rather not travel, phone 021 555 0182 or write to info@example.co.za and we will talk through frame shapes and your script.
Orders leave the workshop within two working days once your lenses are cut, and the courier delivers to your door for R150 anywhere in the country. Spend over R1500 and we carry that cost.
Not happy with the fit? Send the frames back within thirty days and we will refund you.
