All Items in One Box
This is the standard option. Without gift packaging, everything in your order is packed in one recycled box, with no gift bag or card.
Items in individual boxes
- A separate box for each piece
- A cotton drawstring pouch
- A card with your own message
Each gift is packed on its own in a Goldwren box with a pouch and a card, and we will write your message on it by hand, for R20 a gift.
Free delivery on qualifying orders
Your order will arrive in 2 to 4 working days. Please allow one extra day if you asked for engraving.
Free delivery on all orders over R1,500. Express orders arrive in 1 to 2 days.
Orders go out Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.
Once your order has left our studio, you will get an email with a tracking number. Please check your junk folder as well. That email has the courier details and a link you can use to follow the parcel.
We are sorry if something is missing from your parcel or the wrong piece has arrived. Please phone or email us on the same day and we will sort it out at our cost.
We deliver anywhere in South Africa, including farm addresses, by insured courier. We do not ship outside the country at the moment, but we are working on that and hope to open it soon.
