The information we collect includes unique identifiers, browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating system, mobile network name, and the version of the app or browser you use. We also collect details about how your devices interact with our platform, including IP address, error reports, pages visited, and the date, time and referring page of your request.

When this policy applies

This Privacy Policy applies to all services offered by Boekrak Learning, including our website, courses and events. It does not apply to services run by other companies that have their own privacy policies, even if we link to them from our site. We handle your information as required by POPIA.

We change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under it without your clear consent. We always show the date of the latest changes and keep older versions available on request. If the changes are significant, we will give you a more prominent notice, including an email to registered students where it applies.
