Course Enrollment: Enrollment in courses is subject to availability and may require payment of the fee shown on the course page. We may change course offerings, content or pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices are shown in Rand.
Payment and Refunds: Payment for paid courses must be made in full at the time of enrollment. Refunds may be available within a set period, subject to our refund policy. We may refuse a refund for courses that have been completed or largely accessed.
Course Access: Once you enrol, you will get access to the course materials for a set period. Access lasts for the duration of the course unless we say otherwise. Sharing course materials with people who have not enrolled is strictly not allowed.
Intellectual Property: All course materials, including videos, presentations, workbooks and written content, are protected by copyright. They belong to Boekrak Learning and our lecturers. You may not copy, distribute or change course materials without our written consent.
User Conduct: You agree to use our platform for lawful purposes only and to follow all applicable South African laws. You may not do anything that disrupts the platform or the learning of other students.
Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your personal information, in line with POPIA. By using our platform, you agree to the collection and use of your information as set out in that policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties: We do our best to keep course materials accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise they are complete or free of errors. We give no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty that a course suits a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of our platform or course materials, as far as the law allows.
