Klankbord offers delivery methods for every kind of order. Small items go by courier, large TVs and sound systems are delivered by our own two-person team, and you can also collect from our Fourways store if you prefer. Every order is checked before it leaves us. On this page you will find an overview of all the available delivery methods.

Exchanges and Returns of Goods
If your product is in good condition, you may cancel a purchase made online or over the phone within 10 days of receiving it, and return it to Klankbord for a refund or exchange.
To keep that right, please keep the item in its original state. If a TV or speaker arrives damaged or faulty through no fault of your own, you can still return it. If the box has been opened or the item switched on to check that it works, that is fine and does not stop you from asking for a refund. Bring it to our Fourways shop or send us a WhatsApp on 082 555 0153 and we will sort it out.
We cannot take a product back if any of these items is missing:
- the complete product with all its accessories;
- the original Klankbord receipt as proof of purchase;
- the warranty card;
- the service report describing the fault, where one was done.
Refunds are paid within the time set out by South African consumer law

Fourways TV, audio and home theatre store
Our promotions run for a few weeks at a time and change with the season. You will find real savings on smart TVs, soundbars, speakers, headphones and projectors. Every offer is listed with the old price and the new price, so you can see what you save. Stock is limited on some items, so we show how many are left in the store. If a deal is not on the shelf at Fourways, ask the team and we will check the warehouse for you. We would rather you buy once and be happy than chase the lowest number on the day.
Prices on this page are in Rand and include VAT. Installation, wall mounting and setup are priced separately, and we will quote you before any work starts.
