Our delivery areas and times

Freshkorf grocery delivery route wall with produce crates and delivery bag

Freshkorf delivers across the metro in time slots that fit around your day, from early morning drops before work to evening slots once you are home.

Check your suburb at checkout to see the slots open for your address.

Our Delivery Areas

We currently cover most suburbs within an hour of our depot, with new areas added as our delivery team grows. If your address falls just outside a zone, drop us a line at info@example.co.za and we will let you know when we reach you.

Orders placed before midday are usually delivered the same afternoon, while later orders move to the next available slot. You can pick a two hour window at checkout, and we will send a message when the driver is close by.

Delivery Time Slots

Morning slots run from seven to ten, afternoon from twelve to three, and evening from four to seven. Weekend slots are shorter, so book early if you want fresh bakery items for Saturday breakfast.

Thabo Nkosi – Delivery Driver

Thabo has driven our vans for three years and knows every shortcut across the northern suburbs. He checks each crate before it leaves the depot so your order arrives cold and in one piece.

Priya Govender – Route Planner

Priya maps out every delivery route the night before, grouping orders by suburb so drivers spend less time on the road and your groceries stay fresh for longer.

Johan Pretorius – Dispatch Coordinator

Johan keeps track of every van on the road and is the first to know if a delivery is running late. He will message you directly if your slot shifts by more than a few minutes.

Nomvula Dlamini – Picker and Packer

Nomvula packs cold items together and heavy tins at the bottom, so your bread stays whole and nothing bruises on the way to your door.

Growing Our Reach

We add new suburbs to our delivery map every few months, based on where our customers are asking from. Tell us your area when you place an order, even if we are not there yet, it helps us plan where to go next.
