FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes. We accept most South African medical aids and can submit your claim directly once reception has checked your membership details. Some plans pay only part of the fee, so ask us first.
Patients without medical aid are welcome. Reception will confirm the consultation fee before you see the doctor.
Bring your ID, your medical aid card and a list of any medicines you take, including over-the-counter and herbal products. If you have letters or test results from another doctor or hospital, bring those too.
For children, please bring their Road to Health booklet so we can check and record their growth and vaccinations at the same visit.
Call reception on 012 555 0175 or email info@example.co.za and we will reply with a suitable time. Please tell us if the visit is for a new problem, a chronic care review, a check-up or a vaccination, because some visits need longer.
If you feel very unwell, phone us first and we will do our best to see you the same day. In a life-threatening emergency, go to the nearest hospital casualty unit or call an ambulance.
Yes. Our GPs look after patients with conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma and high cholesterol. We see you for regular reviews, arrange blood tests when needed and help register your condition with your medical aid.

No. Our rooms are on Lenchen Avenue in Centurion, but we see patients from across Pretoria, Midrand and surrounding areas. Many families travel to us because they like seeing the same doctor each time.
There is parking at the practice, and reception can help with directions when you book your first appointment with one of our GPs.
