Description
BAGS AND WALLETS
Our bags and wallets come from end-of-range runs and retailer overstock, so the price is lower than the shelf price elsewhere. Each piece is checked in store before it goes on the floor. Stock changes every week, so if you see something you like in Germiston, grab it before it is gone. We also take online orders.
Shopping at an outlet works best when you know what to look for. Check the seams, the zips and the stitching, and ask us if you want to see an item before you buy. Most of our bags and wallets are brand new, from ranges the shops no longer carry.
Visit us at 90 President Street, Germiston. Call us on 011 555 0152 or WhatsApp 082 555 0152 if you want us to hold something for you. Ask us about our returns policy when you pay.
WALLETS AND CLUTCHES
Every item at Winskopie is end-of-range or overstock stock that we bought in bulk from suppliers and brands. That is why the prices are lower than the shelf price at a big retailer. The goods are new, boxed and checked before they reach our shelves at the Germiston store. Some lines carry older packaging or a discontinued colour, and we say so on the label. Stock changes every week, so a bargain you see today may be gone by Saturday. If you find something you like, buy it while it is here. We cannot always reorder the same item once the last unit has gone. Ask our floor staff if you want help comparing similar items or checking what is in the box.
Returns and exchanges are simple. Keep your slip and the original packaging, and bring the item back to our Germiston store within seven days if it is faulty. We will swap it or refund you on the spot. Because our stock is end-of-range, we cannot always replace an item with the same one. In that case we offer a refund or store credit. Clearance items are marked clearly at the till.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
You can collect your order at our Germiston store at 90 President Street, Monday to Saturday. We pack every order the same day it is paid for. Delivery runs through trusted couriers to Johannesburg, Pretoria and the rest of Gauteng in one to three working days. Other provinces take three to five days. Orders over R750 ship free. Smaller orders pay a flat courier fee that you see at checkout before you pay. We send a tracking message by WhatsApp or email once your parcel leaves us.
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If a box is damaged, take a photo before you open it and send it to us on 082 555 0152 or info@example.co.za. We will sort it out quickly. Large items such as camera kits and backpack bundles are packed with extra care. If nobody is home, the courier will try again the next working day or leave a collection note. You can also change your delivery address before we dispatch, so message us early if your plans change. We are happy to help.
