The club shares one well-kitted trailer instead of ten half-kitted bakkies.

A kitchen that slides out

The club needed one trailer kitted for ten people on overland trips.

Recovery gear bolted in

Everything has a place, so nothing gets left behind at camp.

Building a shared trailer kit so ten club members could cook, light and fix things on every overland trip.

The club pulled together to fit out one trailer instead of everyone buying their own gear for every trip.

  • A slide-out kitchen with a two-burner stove and wind shield.
  • Recovery straps, a shovel and a compressor bolted in place.
  • Lanterns and a battery box wired for camp lighting at night.

Members now book the trailer on a shared calendar, and load up for a weekend in under ten minutes.
