Yes. Ubuntuly has the same features on Android and iPhone, including budgets, savings goals and reminders. Screens may look slightly different because each phone has its own style.
If something is missing on your phone, message us and we will sort it out.
Open the app, tap Profile and choose Billing. Every payment for your Premium plan is listed there, with the date and amount in rand. Tap any line to download a PDF receipt.
Receipts are also emailed to you after each payment. Can't find one? Write to info@example.co.za and we will resend it within a day.
You can cancel your Premium plan at any time in the app. Go to Profile, then Billing, then Cancel plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.
Annual plans can be cancelled within 14 days of payment for a full refund. After that, we stop the renewal but do not refund the unused months. Bought a branded accessory such as the Wooden Phone Stand? Send it back unused within 14 days and we will refund you.
Yes, most of the time. Our branded accessories, such as the Glass Bottle Coin Bank and Amber Glass Savings Jar, are restocked every few weeks. Tap Notify me on the product page.
We will email you the moment it is back in stock.
We deliver branded accessories across South Africa through courier and Pargo pick-up points. Cape Town orders usually arrive in one to two working days.
Other provinces take three to five working days. We also ship to Namibia and Botswana. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay, and orders over R500 ship free.
