Before any installation starts, we visit your home to understand your needs, check your property and agree on where each device will go. You then receive a written quote that explains the equipment and work involved. On the day, our technicians arrive on time, protect your floors and walls, and keep cabling neat and out of sight wherever possible.

Once everything is installed, we test each device with you and set up the apps on your phone. We show you how to arm the alarm, view cameras and change access codes, and we leave written instructions for reference.
