Planning a website your customers can actually use
Before we draw a single screen, we ask one question: what does a visitor need to get done on this site? For most South African businesses the answer is short. Find a service, check a price range, and get in touch. When the plan starts there, the menu stays small and every page has a clear job.
We then map each task to one page and one main button. If a page cannot explain its job in a sentence, it usually gets merged or dropped. This keeps the build focused, makes content easier to write and gives your team fewer pages to update once the site is live.
