How we keep projects on track with weekly check-ins

Most project delays do not come from code. They come from waiting: for content, for feedback or for a decision nobody knew was needed. A short weekly check-in solves most of that. We cover what was finished, what is next and anything we need from your side.

Each call ends with a written summary in a shared task list. You can see progress at any time without chasing anyone, and we can flag a risk early instead of explaining it at the deadline. It is a simple habit, but it keeps projects calm and predictable.
