Our Latest Work

WE ARE A HERMANUS ARCHITECTURE STUDIO

This project shows how we renovated a 1960s holiday cottage near the old harbour. We opened up the living areas, added a covered stoep facing the sea and kept the original stone walls.

MEASURED SURVEY

We measured the existing cottage and drew accurate plans of all the walls, roof and window openings

NEW LAYOUT

We removed two internal walls to join the kitchen, dining and living areas into one bright open room

03.

APPROVAL AND BUILD

We submitted plans to the municipality and visited site regularly during the building work.
