For new books, yes. The cover you see is the current edition from the publisher, though artwork can change slightly between print runs.
For secondhand books, we photograph the actual copy on offer, so what you see is the real book, marks and all.
We email your receipt to the address you used at checkout as soon as your payment goes through. Check your inbox, and your spam folder too, just in case.
You can also find your order history and receipts by logging into your account on our site, under My Orders. If you cannot find it, email info@example.co.za and we will resend it.
If a book is not right for you, send it back within 14 days of delivery in the same condition you received it, along with your order number.
Email info@example.co.za first so we know it is coming, and we will tell you where to send it and sort out your refund once it arrives.
Often, yes. New books go out of stock when the publisher is reprinting, and we bring in fresh stock as soon as it lands.
Secondhand copies are harder to promise, since each one is a single find, but we are glad to keep an eye out if you ask.
We ship anywhere in South Africa through a courier service, straight to your home or work address.
If you are nearby, you are also welcome to collect your order from the shop and skip delivery altogether. Just choose collection at checkout and we will email you once it is ready to fetch.
