If a model changes, we update the listing before it goes live, so what you see is what ships.
We email your invoice as soon as your order is confirmed, so check your inbox and spam folder for a message from us.
If you cannot find it, send us your order number at info@example.co.za and we will send a copy through right away.
Contact us at info@example.co.za within fourteen days of delivery and let us know what you would like to return.
Send the item back in its original packaging with all cables and accessories, and we will sort out a refund or exchange once it arrives at the workshop.
Most of our parts come back in stock within a few weeks, depending on the supplier.
If you need something specific, email info@example.co.za and we will let you know when it is back.
We deliver anywhere in South Africa through our courier partners, usually within two to five working days depending on your area.
You can also collect your order from our workshop if you would rather check it over before you leave.
