Description
Mount It Once, Drive Hands Free
The Baseus Glaze Gravity car holder keeps your phone at eye level so you can follow the map without looking down at your lap. It uses a simple gravity design. Drop the phone in and its own weight pulls the side arms closed around it. Lift it out and the arms open again. There are no springs to squeeze and no batteries to charge. The glossy finish looks neat in most cars, and soft pads inside the arms stop scratches on your phone or case over potholes and gravel roads.
Glossy Finish
The Glaze name comes from its glossy, glass-like finish that looks smart against a dark dashboard. The body is compact, so it does not block your view of the road ahead or cover any important dashboard buttons.
Drop the Phone In and Drive
You can place or remove your phone with one hand while stopped at a robot. That makes quick route changes safer and less of a fuss in traffic.
This holder suits most phones up to 6.7 inches, including big models from Apple, Samsung and Google. Very thick rugged cases may not fit well between the arms, so test the fit before a long trip. Some cars have round or very thin vent slats that do not grip the clip tightly. Heat is also worth thinking about. A South African summer can make the inside of a parked car very hot, so take the phone with you when you leave the vehicle. Check local traffic laws on phone use while driving, and set your route before you pull off.
Phone sizes are measured diagonally across the screen. A 6.7 inch phone with a slim case fits comfortably. Wider foldable phones and phones in heavy wallet cases may be too big for the arms to close properly around them, so check before you order.
The holder does not charge your phone, so pair it with a good car charger and cable for long drives.
Orders ship by courier across South Africa, or you can collect in person from our Loop Street showroom.
