Yes. Our photos show the exact blazer, shirt or skirt you order, in the colour and style your school requires. Fabric shades can look slightly different on some screens.
If anything looks off when it arrives, bring it to the shop or send us a WhatsApp and we will sort it out.
Your receipt is emailed to you the moment you pay. You can also log in to your account and open the orders page to view or print it.
If you bought in the shop, the paper slip is your proof of purchase. Lost it? Send us your name and order date on WhatsApp and we will resend a copy.
You can return unworn items with their tags attached within 14 days of purchase. Bring them to our shop at 22 Wellington Road with your receipt, and we will exchange the size or refund you.
Items that have been sewn with name tags, washed or worn cannot be returned. Shoes must be unmarked on the soles. If a garment arrives faulty, tell us straight away and we will replace it at no cost.
Yes. Popular sizes of blazers, shirts and trousers are restocked before each term, usually within two weeks. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you when your size is due.
Items marked out of stock online can also be ordered for you in store.
We deliver anywhere in South Africa using a courier, usually within three to five working days. Cape Town and surrounds often arrive the next day.
You can also collect free from our shop in Durbanville. Choose delivery or collection at checkout, and we will message you when your parcel is packed and ready.
