Hi! I’m Sipho. I run Kantoorkuns Training from Bryanston. I have spent many years helping managers and teams build skills they use the next morning. I’ve worked with companies across Gauteng, and I still enjoy facilitating workshops myself. I’m passionate about practical learning that people actually finish.
Background and Experience
Before starting Kantoorkuns Training, Sipho spent ten years in corporate learning and development at a Johannesburg bank and a national retailer. He also served on the skills committee of a regional chamber of commerce. Most recently, he led the leadership programme for more than 40 managers across Gauteng. After finishing the programme, most of the managers were given bigger teams or new responsibilities within a year.
I’ve since focused on bringing that experience to a classroom in Bryanston and to teams online. In 2021 I launched our Strategic Thinking for Senior Managers course, which has become one of our most booked programmes. I was also voted Best Training Partner by our Gauteng clients in 2025.Training
