Acceptance of Terms: By booking or using the training and online courses offered by Kantoorkuns Training, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not make a booking.
Course Enrolment: Places on courses depend on availability and may require payment of the applicable fees. We may change course dates, venues, facilitators or prices from time to time, and we will tell booked delegates as early as we can.
Payment and Refunds: Payment for open courses must be made in full before the course starts. Corporate clients may pay on invoice within the agreed terms. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, and we may decline refunds for courses that have been completed or accessed.
Course Access: After enrolment, you will receive access to the course materials for the period stated on your booking. Access ends when that period ends unless we agree otherwise. Sharing login details or course materials with people who have not booked is not allowed.
Intellectual Property: All course materials, including workbooks, slides, videos and written content, are protected by copyright. You may not copy, sell, share or change them without our written consent.
Delegate Conduct: You agree to attend our sessions and use our online platform for lawful purposes only. You may not disrupt a session or interfere with the learning of other delegates, whether in the classroom or online.
Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information in line with POPIA. By booking with us, you agree to your information being used as set out in that policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties: We work hard to keep our course content accurate and up to date. However, we cannot promise that it is free of errors or that it suits every workplace, and we do not guarantee any particular business result.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss that arises from your use of our courses, facilitators or materials, to the extent that the law allows.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Any dispute that arises from them will fall under the courts of [jurisdiction].
