Frequently asked questions(FAQ)
What is corporate training?
Corporate training is skills development for your staff, delivered at our Bryanston centre, at your office or online. We build each programme around your team's goals and daily work.
What are the benefits of team training?
Good training lifts confidence and output. Managers lead with more clarity, sales teams close more, and call centres handle complaints better. It also closes skills gaps, supports your Workplace Skills Plan, and earns points on your B-BBEE scorecard when the training is accredited and properly recorded.
Why train a whole team together?
Teams that train together share the same language. A manager who attends alone often struggles to change habits when colleagues carry on as before. When the whole team learns the same skills, they back each other up on Monday morning.
We run most programmes for groups from one company. People practise on real cases from their own workplace, give each other feedback and agree on simple rules for how they work. Afterwards we check in with the team lead, so the lessons carry into daily meetings, customer calls and planning. This also saves money, because one group booking costs less per person than separate seats on our open courses.
Do you offer free courses?
Yes. Some of our short courses, such as Business Writing and Basic Business English, are free to join. Our paid programmes have no trial, but you can book a free 20 minute call with us before you commit.
If a paid course is not the right fit, tell us within 14 days of the first session and we will talk about a replacement or a refund.
What support do you offer after training?
Every learner gets course notes, a workbook and a certificate of attendance. Our training coordinator, Nomvula Dlamini, also answers questions by email or phone after your session.
What help do you give online learners?
We offer support on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00, mainly by email, phone and WhatsApp on 082 555 0341. This is the quickest way for us to help your learners.
