About Course

This starter course introduces Grade 11 learners to the basics of Accounting. Sipho Ndlovu, our Accounting Tutor, explains journals, ledgers, the trial balance and simple financial statements in plain language. Learners work through short examples taken from South African small businesses. Each lesson has practice questions and a quiz, so learners can check their understanding before tests and exams. No earlier Accounting knowledge is needed beyond Grade 10.
