When you register a learner at Kennispunt Academy, you give us personal information such as the learner’s name, grade, school and a parent or guardian’s contact details. You can also choose to add a WhatsApp number or payment details for fees. Even if you never register, you might send us information, like an email address, when you ask about classes or want updates about our courses and holiday programmes.
We also keep the content you send us or upload, such as homework you submit, messages to your tutor, test scores and comments you leave on online lessons. We use it only to help learners progress and keep parents informed.
Information we collect when you use our website
