Acceptance of Terms: By using the Slimkop Learning Centre website or enrolling a learner with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or book any sessions.

Class Enrolment: Places in classes, tutoring groups and workshops depend on availability and may need a fee to be paid. We may change class times, tutors or prices, and we will tell parents as early as we can.

Payment and Refunds: Fees must be paid in full when you enrol, or monthly if you choose a monthly plan. Refunds may be available within a set period, as explained in our refund policy. We may refuse a refund for sessions that your child has already attended.

Access to Materials: Once enrolled, your child may use the worksheets and notes for that class for as long as the class runs, unless we say otherwise. Sharing our worksheets with other families is not allowed.

Intellectual Property: All our worksheets, practice papers, slides and written notes are protected by copyright. You may not copy, hand out or change them without our written permission.

Conduct: You agree to use our website and centre for lawful purposes only and to follow the centre rules. Please treat tutors, staff and other learners with respect, and do not disturb the lessons of other learners.

Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your personal information and your child’s marks. By using our website, you agree that we may use your information as set out in that policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties: We work hard to give good tutoring, but we cannot promise exact marks or results in any test or exam. Our notes and worksheets are made to help, and they may not cover every question that is asked.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect or knock-on loss that comes from using our website, worksheets or tutoring, as far as the law allows.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Any dispute that arises from these terms will be heard by the courts of [jurisdiction].

By using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. We may update them from time to time, and it is your job to check them now and then for changes.
