Course Enrolment: Enrolment in courses is subject to availability and may require payment of applicable fees in Rand. We reserve the right to change course offerings, content or pricing at any time, but we will tell enrolled students about changes that affect them.
Payment and Refunds: Payment for paid courses must be made in full at the time of enrolment. Refunds may be available within a set period, subject to our refund policy and the Consumer Protection Act. We may refuse refunds for courses that have been completed or accessed.
Course Access: Once you are enrolled, you will be given access to the course materials for a set period. Access is limited to the length of the course unless we say otherwise. Sharing course materials with people who are not enrolled is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, study guides and written content, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute or change course materials without our prior written consent.
User Conduct: You agree to use our portal for lawful purposes only and to follow all applicable South African laws and regulations. You may not do anything that disrupts the portal or the learning of other students, including sharing your login details or copying another student’s assignment.
Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). By using our portal, you agree to the collection and use of your information as set out in that policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties: We work hard to keep course materials accurate and up to date, but we make no promise that they are complete or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of our portal or course materials, including lost work caused by load shedding or internet outages.
