Course Enrolment: Enrolment in a course is subject to availability and may require payment of the price shown. Instructors set their own prices. We or the instructor may change course content or pricing from time to time, but a price you have already paid will not change.
Payment and Refunds: Payment for paid courses must be made in full when you enrol. Refunds may be available within the period stated in our refund policy. We may refuse a refund where most of the course has already been completed or downloaded.
Course Access: After enrolling, you will get access to the course materials for the period stated on the course page. Sharing your login or passing course materials on to other people is not allowed.
Intellectual Property: All course materials, including videos, slides, worksheets and written content, belong to the instructor who created them and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, sell, share or change course materials without written permission from the instructor.
User Conduct: You agree to use Kursusmark for lawful purposes only and to follow all South African laws that apply. You may not disrupt the marketplace or spoil the learning of other students, for example by posting abusive comments or spam.

Disclaimer of Warranties: Courses are created by independent instructors. We do our best to check them, but we cannot promise that every course is complete, accurate or right for your needs, or that it will lead to a job or a certificate from a third party.
Limitation of Liability: To the extent the law allows, Kursusmark is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss that comes from your use of the marketplace or its course materials.
