Thinly sliced cured salami, dry cured and ready to eat straight from the pack. Each pack holds about 200g, enough for a platter of six to eight slices a person. Good on a cheese board or folded into a toasted sandwich.
Cured slowly over three weeks for a firm bite and a rich, peppery flavour.
Keep refrigerated and use within five days of opening. Once opened, reseal the pack tightly or move the slices into an airtight container to stop them drying out.
