Description

This is thick Greek style yoghurt, frozen in small batches so it keeps its tang. We make it with full cream milk, live cultures and a touch of honey, nothing else.

Let it soften for five minutes before you scoop, it tastes better than ice cream and treats you just as well.

Keep it in the freezer and move it to the fridge about fifteen minutes before serving. Great on its own, or with fresh fruit and a spoon of honey.
