This board names three growers whose fruit fills our shelves each week, with photos from their land.

Knowing where our food comes from used to be normal. We are simply going back to asking the farmer's name and the farm's story before anything else.

We started with three local growers who had never been asked to put their name on a label.

  • A fruit farmer from Ceres
  • A dairy maker from Hermanus
  • A tea grower from Magoebaskloof

Each one now has a photo and a short story on our wall, and in the shop customers stop to read it.
