Description
Compact camp stove system set up on a wooden camp table outdoors at a South African campsite with a pot and cookware nea

Boil water in under three minutes

This stove, pot and burner pack into one unit the size of a coffee mug. It is the stove we take on every trip.

This compact stove system folds down to fit inside its own pot, so there is nothing loose rattling around in your pack. It lights easily in a light breeze and brings half a litre of water to the boil in under three minutes.

Pair it with a small gas canister and you have a full cooking setup that weighs under 400 grams, ready for a quick meal at any stop on the trail.

How to use it

Screw the burner onto a standard gas canister, click the pot on and press the igniter. Keep the wind shield up on breezy days.

Let it cool fully before packing it back into the pot, and store the canister upright in the side pocket of your pack.

What is in the box

Use it on a flat surface away from dry grass, and always let it cool before you pack it back into the pot. The built in igniter saves you carrying matches, though it helps to keep a lighter as backup.

The pot has a non stick coating, so a wipe with a cloth is usually enough to clean it after cooking.

ABOUT COMPANY:

Kampkloof started out kitting friends for weekends in the Cederberg and the Drakensberg, and grew from there. We still test gear on our own trips before we sell it.

Everything in this range is chosen for South African conditions, from strong sun to sudden wind, not pulled off a generic list.

Shipping and Delivery

GEAR THAT EARNS ITS PLACE

We pick stock for South African conditions, not a catalogue. We use this gear ourselves, so ask us what holds up in wind.

What we check before we stock anything

  • Does it hold up to wind and rain.
  • Is it light enough to actually carry.
  • Is it worth the extra money.

Not sure what suits your trip? Ask us. We would rather point you right than sell you wrong.
